Commended processes personal data about consultants and potential consultants in Commended's network who (i) have actively sought an assignment and / or (ii) Commended has found through outreach activities (search). Consultants' personal data is also processed for users on Commended's competence platform.

Commended strives not to handle your social security number as much as possible and we therefore appreciate if your CV does not contain your social security number.

We use your personal information to evaluate and assess your skills such as professional, talent and personality. We do this to be able to offer you relevant consulting assignments.

Your personal information is also used to provide you with information or invitations that we deem relevant to you via e-mail, digital and / or social media as well as ongoing communication about assignments you have applied for.

Within our competence platform, we use your personal data to analyze your competencies and provide you with a competence profile. Within the platform, we also use pseudonymized data to maintain and develop the quality of our services.

We receive the information from you in connection with contact with you for a potential consulting assignment or if you contact us for a spontaneous application for a consulting assignment.

We collect the information from the reference person, customers, via LinkedIn or another person's network.

We collect the information when you email or call us in any matter and provide your contact information.
